I got my car from here about a year ago. Fell in love with my Jetta. Recently check engine light comes on and i try to get it diagnosed and the port where the computer plugs in is broken and pushed behind the dash. I never touched that plug. Never even knew where it was. Also i found out im paying 10x more than the car is worth. Sticker price was 6000 and im paying about 14500 in the long run. My first financed car and i get charged way more. Couldnt trade it in if i wanted to because i would be upside down over 7000 when the car is only worth 2000. Ill do my research again before i finance another car. We will see how the repairs go, how long and how much its going to cost me
Carlos was an amazing help. I came in looking for something reliable, affordable, and comfortable. I was not disappointed when I left this lot. They offer in house financing and also a warranty on their vehicles. If something is wrong they will fix it for 150$ deductible no matter how big the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.
My Sister test drove a vehicle from this place. The truck broke down on her. They left my sister stranded and didn't send a tow truck. Beware of this place they sell lemons and could careless if they leave a woman stranded on the side of the road. It is currently 7:37pm and they where told at 4pm amazingly they are now closed and when I pulled away their truck was still there ( hmmmm no tow truck) three hours later. Wonder how they would feel if this was their MOTHER, SISTER, GRANDMOTHER, AUNT!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.
