Finally...No haggle, Listen to my financial needs Dealership. Thank you Jakob for making my experience a memorable one. Jakob made no promises but also went to bat for me to get the best price for my new lease. My negotiation time was about 45 minutes including getting my car appraised. My finance guy, Mr. Austin was also very friendly but professional. I have had 4 other leases prior to this one. This was hands down the best. I will give them my business on my truck as well. I spoke to Rich Jeffers who (in my opinion) had a hostile attitude, told me he could have done something when it happened but there wasn't much he could do about it now. I told him that if I were a dealer, I'd offer a customer something for neglecting to complete the installation, I'm out time and money. A free oil change, something. Well forget it now, I'll take my car somewhere else.

This place is top notch always. Go out of their way to take care of my Truck which of course is Black. They know I am picky.

I would highly recommend Johnson for any auto needs! We worked directly with Jeremy Ehrlich, Matt Boone, and John Austin and they were excellent! Great customer experience - everyone there is very nice and ready to help you with anything that they can. I would definitely return for any needs! Thanks guys.

Bought my vehicle here a few years ago. Super easy and I love it. Had to take it to the service department a couple weeks ago. The guys that work in that department are some of the most respectful young men I have ever met in my life. I was actually blown away at the manners they have. You just don't see that these days. I was working with Jonny and he went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate how great these guys were. Very impressed.

I bought a new $60,000 Tahoe from Johnson's. The experience was good, but found when I got our plates found that they had neglected to install a front license plate mount. It was thrown in the back, so I assumed it must be trivial to put on but in fact, it requires four holes to be drilled and rivets to be installed. I had to run to home depot and grab a rivet gun and the correct sized drill bit to install it. Obviously I could have taken off to go in there to have them do it, but it was Sunday and I needed it that day.

Rob in service updates on issues and takes care of them. Rob had a new truck for me to drive while mine was in. Matt, well what can I say. Above and beyond as always. My truck was super low in fuel and he added some as a courtesy so I could hit a fuel station.
